Barre Fitness – All level

Ava teaches intense, spicy classes full of pulses and tiny, high repetition low weight movements. Ava’s classes begin with a dynamic warm up, a dedicated arm/weight section, followed by thigh and glute exercises at the barre. This barre class has plenty of planks and ab work, and you will be shaking throughout! These exercises are meant to fatigue the muscles and grow strength, targeting the whole body (even muscles you didn’t know you had!). The exercises presented are a challenge, but new students and those without a dance, pilates or barre background are encouraged to take the class. Ava ensures that even if an exercise is challenging, it can be adapted and adjusted for every body.
