Sarah Gao is a multidisciplinary artist from Orillia, Ontario. A former competitive figure skater with a lifelong passion for music, dance, and the arts, she brings athleticism, musicality, and performance into her teaching.

As a competitive pole athlete, Sarah teaches beginner to advanced pole, flying pole, heel tricks, and heels choreography. She creates a supportive and inclusive environment where students can progress at their own pace, refine their technique and creativity, and build confidence.

For Sarah, pole is an artistic discipline that combines strength, self-discovery, and resilience. She is passionate about helping others experience the same sense of accomplishment and empowerment, whether they are trying pole for the first time or working toward a new goal.
