Sara Bédard

Born with a passion for dance, Sara began exploring the art at the age of four, starting with ballet before moving on to jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop. Her dance journey took a defining turn at age 12 when she discovered the group Super Junior, which introduced her to the captivating world of K-pop. Drawn to the variety of movements and styles found within a single song, Sara quickly immersed herself in K-pop culture, admiring iconic groups such as TVXQ, 2NE1, BigBang, and B.A.P.

Today, her favourite groups include ATEEZ, STRAY KIDS, (G)I-DLE, TXT, and XIKERS, all of which continue to fuel her passion for dance. Her desire to share that passion led her to teach at Lucille-Teasdale High School and now at Studio Bizz, where she hopes to inspire many new students.

In 2020, she joined 2KSQUAD and achieved major milestones, including performing in the group’s biennial show in front of 1,000 spectators and opening for K-pop group JustB in Toronto. Sara continues to dedicate herself to dance and teaching, with the goal of sharing her passion with even more people.
