The Vaganova method of classical ballet encourages dancing with the entire body; with equal attention to the upper body, legs and feet.

This approach increases consciousness of the body, thus creating a harmony of movement and greater expressive range.

As a teacher, France encourages her ballet dancers to learn to correct their own mistakes and learn from their faults. During her lessons, she would take time to demonstrate each exercise, describing its purpose.

Dancers trained by France will likely have high jumps and powerful turns, aid by the use of their arms. Many movements require dancers to remain in the air for as long as possible to give them an illusion of floating into the air.

The routines are lyrical, uniquely musical and expressive. There is hard working, respect, and pleasure in each class France teaches.

France was trained by Les Ballets Russes in Montreal and some of ballets masters were Mikhail Berkut, choreographer in Odessa, Moscow, Leningrad, Mary Abdel Malek, danseuse étoile at l’Opéra du Caire, Mira Popovich, prima ballerina and lead teacher at the Alabama Dance Faculty, Diana Joffee from the American Ballet Theatre.

She danced professionally from 1979 to 1988, and end her career while a soloist at Les Ballets de Montreal Eddy Toussaint. She trained a full generation of dancers when directing the Académie artistique des Moulins up until 1998. She now teaches open advanced ballet classes at Studio Bizz.
