Yoga Vinyasa Flow
This Vinyasa Flow class offers a complete and accessible experience for all levels, with optional challenges for those who seek them. Each session is built around a theme—physical, emotional, or energetic—to ground the practice in clear intention.
Following a moment of centering and a gradual warm-up, students are guided through a fluid sequence of postures synchronized with the breath.
Counter-poses and a calming sequence help integrate the benefits of the flow. Each class ends with a guided relaxation and/or a short meditation to support grounding, release, and inner balance.
The practice encourages mindfulness, gentleness, and self-connection. Variations are always offered so that everyone can move according to their own needs and level.
