Waacking
Waacking was born in the 1970s in LGBT+ clubs of the African-American and Afro-Latino community.
This dance is above all a way to express one’s difference and extravagance. Created in the late 60s, waacking is a subtle mix of acting, technique, groove and attitudes.
It is a social dance that is both glamorous and funky that combines feminine poses with technical arm movements, musicality, groove but also attitude.
The waacking class will begin with a warm-up, a series of drills (arm technique) and a choreography.
