A controlled strengthening class inspired by principles of stability, alignment, and mobility.

We work deeply on postural muscles, the core, and movement quality through slow, precise, and fluid sequences. Each exercise emphasizes technique, breathing, and the mind-body connection to improve posture, stability, and muscular endurance.

Each week features a specific theme allowing for in-depth exploration from different angles while maintaining the same standards of precision and control.

The class ends with a guided stretching period to promote recovery, mobility, and an overall sense of lengthening.

Accessible to all levels.
