Pole Heels Choreographic

This class allows students to explore or refine their pole dance skills through sensual choreography in high heels. Offered as a standalone workshop, each class focuses on learning a routine that combines dance and beginner-to-intermediate-level tricks.

It is recommended that participants have previously taken a few Beginner Pole Choreography classes or have some prior experience.

*Knee pads are strongly recommended.
