Pole Heels Choreographic
Pole Heels Choreographic – Beginner level
In this class you will learn to coordinate dance movements in heels with the pole. We will go through the foundations: heel work, basic pole work, fluidity and floor work. You will be able to experiment and blossom with sensual movements.
There will be a choreographic sequence in every class, adapted to the different levels.
The class can also be done without heels, knee pads are recommended.
