Pole Choreography – Beginner Level
This class is intended for beginner students.
Discover the art of pole dance through sensual choreography. No tricks knowledge are required. In each session, students are invited to work on their technique and flow through a choreography that blends pole dance, tricks, and floorwork.
Students may wear socks or pole heels, depending on their preference.
Kneepads are strongly recommended.
