Pilates is a practice focused on breath and strengthening the core through precise, controlled movements. In this class, get ready to move with intention, strengthen your core, and improve your spinal mobility. Pilates is the perfect complementary workout to support any movement practice!

The class begins with a warm-up and breathing exercise, followed by core work on the back, a plank series, exercises targeting the glutes and upper body, more abdominal work, and finally a cool-down with stretching and relaxation.

Throughout the strengthening exercises, you’ll also flow through mobility work—all set to a great playlist! Good vibes and fun guaranteed!é!
