Mobility & Flexibility is a class designed to prevent injuries, improve posture, and optimize overall body movement. Inspired by various movement approaches (yoga, Pilates, dance, rehabilitation techniques, and functional training), it focuses on developing muscular suppleness, joint range of motion, and alignment awareness. Through a progression of exercises combining dynamic stretches, PNF stretching, stabilizer muscle strengthening, and controlled movements, you will also explore mindful breathing to reduce stress-related tension, as well as simple sequences that promote coordination.

Accessible to all, this class is an excellent complement to sports practice, gym workouts, or simply to release tension and regain fluidity in everyday tasks. Exercises are adapted to each participant’s level, whether you are highly flexible or seeking to increase your mobility.
