Contemporary Dance
Contemporary Dance – All levels
This class will focus on coordination, development of movement safety and efficiency, as well as emotional expression and creative exploration. Each class will begin with a warm up of cardio and conditioning.
The warm up will be followed by technical exercises and guided improvisation across the floor. Floor work will be a large part of this repertoire.
The class will finish with a choreographic combination that will change every 3-4 weeks. Knee pads are recommended.
This class is taught in English only.
