Contemporary Dance
This class will focus on coordination, development of movement safety and efficiency, as well as emotional expression and creative exploration. Each class will begin with a warm up of cardio and conditioning.
The warm up will be followed by technical exercises and guided improvisation across the floor. Floor work will be a large part of this repertoire.
The class will finish with a choreographic combination that will change every 3-4 weeks.
This contemporary dance class focuses on blending technique, athleticism, and creativity. Dancers will explore floor work, dynamic movement, and improvisation while building strength, fluidity, and self-expression.
The class encourages individuality and storytelling through movement in a supportive, high-energy environment.
The class will begin with a high energy warm up, followed by technical exercises, improvisation, and a short choreography. A prior dance experience is necessary for this class.
