End of the school term, accumulated winter fatigue, unpredictable weather… this transition period can sometimes leave us with less energy and motivation. We’re already planning for you to have a little energy boost during this time!
On Sunday, April 19, come recharge your batteries with INNA DI VIBZ, an exclusive Dancehall workshop led by our two instructors Nadjeda and Brandon.
By blending their two worlds and contagious energy, they’ll guide you through a vibrant choreography inspired by the feeling of a beautiful sunny day—a class where you’ll dance, sweat, and fully let yourself be carried away by the vibe. ☀️
What’s on the agenda:
✅ Develop your Dancehall groove.
✅ Work on your presence and ability to set the room on fire.
✅ Improve your tolerance to effort and heat.
✅ Explore your attitude and essence through movement.
✅ Strengthen your connection to the music.
This workshop is designed as a burst of energy in the heart of spring: a dynamic and liberating class that will almost make you feel like you’re on the beach rather than in the studio. 🏖️
