Heels Technique – All Levels

This class focuses on building strong heels technique through work on posture, alignment, grounding, and coordination. Each session begins with an active warm-up designed to activate deep muscles, mobilize the joints, and prepare the body for safe and effective movement.

Technical exercises without heels follow, helping to solidify the foundations needed for healthy and controlled execution in heels.

The second part of the class varies from week to week and may include dynamic combinations, walking drills, controlled stops, smooth transitions, or sequences focused on precision, balance, and stability in heels.

Gabby’s teaching approach emphasizes body awareness and the development of lasting technical tools, all within a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and confidence.
