Professor Word is a multidisciplinary artist with extensive knowledge of so-called “urban” dance styles and the culture surrounding them.

With 11 years of teaching experience, particularly in hip hop freestyle, Professor Word aims to create inclusive learning environments where her students can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

She has also performed and/or choreographed for local and international artists such as Les Trois Accords, Fabolous, Taliwhoah, 4U2C – Cirque du Soleil, Jackson 5 & Addictiv, the Basquiat Exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts, and more.

Professor Word offers a liberating learning experience filled with creativity.
