Lili Chicoine
Lili discovered yoga at the age of three and has never stopped practicing since. Passionate about movement, she also practiced ballet before discovering a deep love for swimming. While ballet played a significant role in her life, swimming became essential, leading her to fully dedicate herself to the sport. She excelled at both national and university levels while maintaining a regular yoga practice.
At 21, driven by a strong desire for change, she decided to fully immerse herself in yoga. In 2022, she traveled to Bali to complete her yoga teacher training, an experience that marked a decisive turning point in her journey. After earning a bachelor’s degree in cognitive and linguistic sciences from the University of Toronto, with a minor in Buddhist psychology and mental health, Lili returned to Montreal with the ambition of becoming a full-time yoga teacher and sharing her passion.
Today, she teaches in several studios across Montreal, including Studio Bizz, where she has finally found a way to combine her two greatest passions: yoga and dance. Thriving in this creative environment, she shares her knowledge and love for the practice with enthusiasm.
