Trained through over 400 hours in yoga, Pilates, meditation, mindfulness, and barre, Cathe has been developing a movement-based therapeutic approach for several years.
With the desire to offer guidance that is both accessible, precise, and compassionate, her approach is aimed at a diverse clientele, with particular attention to body awareness and the richness of movement as a therapeutic resource.
She now shares these tools with gentleness and dedication, driven by the intention to create inclusive and restorative practice spaces.
