Stage Lab – Intermediate Level
StageLab is an immersive choreographic experience that reimagines the cabaret through a contemporary lens. Each session blends choreographic retention with improvisational exploration, cultivating precision, confidence, and sensuality in movement.
Through group composition, spatial play, and heels-based technique, dancers explore the balance between structure and spontaneity — embodying both collective energy and individual expression.
Heels are highly encouraged but not required. Intermediate level recommended.
