Pole Choreography
Pole Choreography – Beginner/Intermediate
Discover the art of pole dance through sensual choreography. This class is intended for beginner students (those who have taken a few pole classes). No tricks knowledge are required. In each session, students are invited to work on their technique and flow through a choreography that blends pole dance, tricks, and floorwork.
Students may wear socks or pole heels, depending on their preference.
Kneepads are strongly recommended.
