Sarah Bélair

Sarah Bélair is a passionate dance instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Trained in multiple dance styles, she has explored a wide range of disciplines throughout her career, including hip hop, tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, lyrical jazz, and musical theatre. Today, she specializes in street jazz, a style that truly reflects her artistic identity.

Sarah’s passion for dance began in childhood, dancing around her living room, where she discovered her love for movement and artistic expression. In addition to teaching, she was a cheerleader for the Montreal Alouettes, contributing to the team’s Grey Cup championship season.

Known for her positive energy, dedication, and supportive teaching style, Sarah is passionate about sharing her love of dance with her students. She encourages them to express themselves, build confidence, and grow both as dancers and as individuals.
