This dynamic 45-minute class is designed to sculpt and strengthen the abs and glutes through a combination of targeted exercises. It includes a mobility and light cardio warm-up, followed by a 30-minute main circuit alternating between abdominal exercises such as crunches, planks, Russian twists, and leg raises, and glute exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts, donkey kicks, and fire hydrants.

The format follows an activation and recovery rhythm, with a dedicated stretching portion to promote muscle recovery. This workout combines endurance and deep core engagement for a toned silhouette. Suitable for all fitness levels, it can be intensified with dumbbells or resistance bands. It’s definitely an energizing midday break!
