Starting at 1:00 p.m.<\/strong>, coaches from the Quebec-based online fitness, yoga, and dance class platform PomGrenad<\/strong><\/a> will kick off the day with program demonstrations and entertainment! Take part in our fitness challenges for a chance to win annual memberships valued at $119.99 plus tax!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting at 2:00 p.m.<\/strong>, the Studio Bizz<\/strong> instructors will set the stage on fire with electrifying classes and performances that will have you moving, smiling\u2026 and dancing nonstop!<\/p>\n
