Simmi is truly a ray of sunshine. She focuses on cultivating a space for her students to move, dance, explore and encourages people to step out of their comfort zone and build a new relationship with their insecurities and fears of openly expressing themselves. Her classes are incredibly powerful and empowering, both physically and mentally. She has been a professional dancer for over 6 years and has trained in various dance styles such as Bollywood, Bhangra, Hip hop, Contemporary, Waacking and Dance-hall. Her love for dance and movement inspired her to design her own Dance Fitness classes composed of all the styles she loves with one simple goal: empowering women to dissolve body shame and embody their sensuality with full confidence and grace. To feel alive in their sexuality and in love with who they are internally and step into their most powerful authentic selves. Simmi is also a full time yoga instructor and trains regularly in acro-yoga and acrobatics.
