Power Bhangra Fitness with Harshjot Nijher

In Punjabi language, ”Harshjot” means the flame of happiness and true to his name, Harshjot is one helluva powerful and cheerful instructor!

Harshjot started learning the high-intensity and happy dance form of Bhangra at a young age of 9 and continues to pursue his love for this dance till date. Harshjot has been giving classes at Studio Bizz since 2017 and also leads Montreal’s official Bhangra team – Power Bhangra!

Power Bhangra classes are like combining the energy levels of Zumba with the happy feeling Yoga gives you! You have to try it to believe it! Each one hour class consists of a 5 minutes warm-up, 40 minutes Bhangra fitness workout and 15 minutes of choreography.

Classes are every Tuesday from 6 – 7 pm. As Harshjot calls them, Thriving Tuesdays – because we are not in this world just to survive but to thrive!

SPRING Session 2019 – Beginner-intermediate level 
From April 30th to June 11th 2019 – 7 weeks/6 classes
Schedule: Tuesday from 6 PM to 7 PM
Break on May 28th

From May 2nd to June 13th 2019 – 7 weeks/6 classes
Schedule: Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM

85$ – 12 classes (until end of  session)
10$ – Walk in class
