Pole Dance Fit with Sara Flame
This is a general pole class that is open to all levels (even if its your first class!).
Our philosophy is all about focusing on progress, not perfection. Every class is an opportunity to learn new and challenging movements. Each class brings you closer to achieving your personal fitness and pole goals. A teacher will show you moves, combos, and mini routines appropriate for your level. A great class to make new friends, get inspired, have fun, get fit and learn to FLY!
Dress code: comfortable workout clothes, leggings or shorts, and a tank top or T-shirt are perfect. Bare foot or with heels that have ankle straps. Remember, the more skin you have exposed the more you can grip on the pole! Avoid wearing lotion the day of class.

Pole Dance Fit – Open Level
From January 17th to April 26th – 14 weeks
Friday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Sunday from 4 pm to 5 pm
Break on April 10th and 12th
Fee per session: $ 260.00 for 14 classes
Card of class: $ 200.00 for 10 classes (Valid for the session)
Drop-in: $ 22.00
